Promoter Information: The promoter of this competition is Craptical Classics, Company No. 15795628. Definitions References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Craptical Classics. References to "you," "your," or "Entrant" mean an entrant to the competition. By entering the competition, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Prize Information: The prize is the vehicle described on the website, with one such vehicle available to win. The winner is responsible for any costs related to overseas travel, collection, road tax, or insurance. The vehicle may not be roadworthy or have an MOT, and no warranty or guarantee is provided. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
Competition Details: This is a prize competition with the prize being the car (or vehicle) described on the Craptical Classics website. Entrants must demonstrate basic knowledge of vehicles or the automotive industry and answer multiple-choice questions set by Craptical Classics. All entrants will answer the same questions, which are factual with only one correct answer based on our research. The winner will be selected at random using Google Random Number Generator during a live video on Craptical Classics’ Facebook page. The recording will be available on our website and YouTube.
Entry Instructions: Entries can be submitted from the Opening Date to the Closing Date specified on the website. All entries must be received by the Closing Date. Late entries will be disqualified. To enter, you must create an online account on the website with accurate contact details. Entries can be submitted either: Online through your Website Account by paying the competition fee. By mail to Craptical Classics, 92 Monnow Street, Monmouth, NP253EQ, with your entry details.
Entry Requirements: Entries must be original and not generated by computer, completed by third parties, or submitted in bulk. Invalid entries include those that are illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged, tampered with, or photocopies. We are not responsible for lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed entries. Once submitted, entries cannot be withdrawn or returned. Each entry must be on a separate postcard.
Eligibility: Entrants must be at least 18 years old. By entering, you confirm your eligibility to participate and claim the prize. We may request proof of eligibility. Entries on behalf of others or joint submissions are not allowed. We may disqualify entries if there is any breach of these terms or if your conduct is contrary to the spirit of the competition. Entrants from outside Great Britain must ensure their entry complies with local laws.
Winner Selection and Notification: The result of the draw is final. We will contact the winner within 7 days using the provided contact details. If contact details are incorrect or we cannot reach the winner, a new winner will be selected. The winner must collect the prize in person with photo identification.
Publicity: By entering, you authorise us to publish your name and county on our website for legal and publicity purposes. You agree to allow us to use photographs or videos of you with the prize for publicity purposes.
Prize Collection: Winners must respond to our contact within 7 days and collect the prize in person, the prize cannot be collected by a third party unless agreed in advance with us. The vehicle logbook (V5) will be completed at the time of collection. If the winner does not comply with these requirements, the prize may be forfeited, and the draw may be re-run. Upon collection of the vehicle the winner must produce a valid UK driving licence and proof of insurance on the vehicle before it can be driven away.
Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from taking up the prize, except where caused by our negligence.
